Information you provide
The contact form collects the name, email, optional phone and company, selected service and project message you enter. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.
Form delivery provider
Contact enquiries are routed through FormSubmit to info@technaticx.com. The provider processes form details to deliver them; its documentation says submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. Review its current privacy terms before collecting customer data. The inbox owner must confirm the one-time activation email before forwarding starts.
How information is used
Technaticx uses enquiries to respond to requests and discuss potential work. Submissions are not sold. Access should be limited to people who need to manage or answer the enquiry.
Browser preferences and third parties
This site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser and loads Manrope and DM Sans fonts from Google Fonts. No analytics tracker is intentionally installed in this version.
Retention and your choices
Email enquiries may remain in the inbox while needed for communication and business records. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email info@technaticx.com. Rights and retention duties depend on your location.
